Objective Trapeze “Spot the Difference Challenge” Promotion

  1. Definitions

"Participant" means an Australian resident aged 18 years or over, associated with a registered business having an Australian Business Number and trading in Australia, who participates in the “Spot the Difference Challenge” promotion during the Promotional Period. The Promoter, its related bodies corporate and any agencies associated with this Promotion their employees and those employees' immediate families are ineligible to participate.

"Promotion" means the “Spot the Difference Challenge”

"Promoter" means Objective Corporation Limited (ABN 16 050 539 350) (“Objective”) whose registered office is at Level 30, 177 Pacific Highway, North Sydney NSW 2060, Australia for and on behalf of itself and all members of the Objective group of companies.

The "Promotional Period" commences at 9.00 AM AEDT 05 October 2020 and ends at 5.00 PM AEDT 13th November 2020(“Promotional Period”). All entries must be received by 5.00PM AEDT 13th November 2020. Participant(s) will forfeit claims not received by this date.

The “Prize” means a Participant will win one of the following:

  • 1st winner (highest score): 5 individual licences of Trapeze Professional for a 6-month subscription period, valued at AUD $1,750.
  • 2nd winner (second highest score): 3 individual licences of Trapeze Professional for a 6-month subscription period, valued at AUD $1,050.
  • 3rd winner (third highest score): 1 individual licence of Trapeze Professional for a 6-month subscription period, valued at AUD $350.

The Prize does not include software installation or deployment professional services or training.

2. Participation in the Promotion

Entry to the Promotion is only open to a Participant. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of each entry, including whether the entrant adequately qualifies as a "Participant". The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any Participant or person tampering with the entry process or any entrant who does not meet the eligibility requirements or does not comply with these Terms and Conditions. Should any Prize winner be an existing Trapeze Professional subscription licence holder, that Participant will receive up to five additional licence with the total number of licences being determined in accordance with the Prize details.

To be eligible for the Promotion, each Participant must:

  • Complete the “Spot the Difference Challenge” at https://www.objective.com.au/c... and submit their final score within the Promotional Period.
  • Fully complete the online entry form after taking the Challenge, by including all their particulars as required within the entry form.

3. How to Participate in the “Spot the Difference Challenge”

To take the “Spot the Difference Challenge”, each Participant will need to:

  • Go to https://www.objective.com.au/c... and take the “Spot the Difference Challenge” by clicking the “START” button.
  • Upon starting the challenge, each Participant is required to view, pan around and click on the architectural drawings to highlight as many differences between the two drawings as possible (i.e. the differences between the drawings on the left and the drawings on the right). Correct differences are highlighted in yellow when clicked, to visually demonstrate that a difference has been captured.
  • Each Participant has a maximum time of two (2) minutes to complete the Challenge. Scores are calculated based on the number of differences found and which specific differences are found. Smaller and trickier differences will reward a higher number of points. There are 30 differences in total.
  • Each Participant must fully complete the entry form after completing the Challenge, in order to enter the Promotion. All compulsory fields of the prize competition entry form must be completed for each Participant’s entry to be accepted.
  • All correctly completed entries received within the Promotional Period will be entered into the Promotion, but only a Participant’s first play of the challenge (and resulting score from that play) will be eligible for a Prize.

There is no monetary cost to the Participant for participating in the Promotion.

4. Winning the Promotion

The prize competition is a game of skill. The Prize winners will be determined based on final scores.

Each Participant will receive one (1) entry into the Promotion and their first entry will be the only entry eligible to win a Prize. If two or more Participants score the same amount of points, then the Participants’ time to complete the Challenge will be considered in determining the final Prize winners. Subsequently, the entrants with the highest scores in the shortest amount of time will be the Prize winners. All Prize decisions made by the Promoter are final.

Three Prize winners will be selected and awarded on 16th November 2020. Winners will be contacted and announced by 20th November 2020.

The Prize-winning Participants will receive one of the following:

  • 1st winner (highest score): 5 individual licences of Trapeze Professional for a 6-month subscription period, valued at AUD $1,750.
  • 2nd winner (second highest score): 3 individual licences of Trapeze Professional for a 6-month subscription period, valued at AUD $1,050.
  • 3rd winner (third highest score): 1 individual licence of Trapeze Professional for a 6-month subscription period, valued at AUD $350.

The maximum total value for the “Prize” is valued at $1,750 AUD (ex GST).

Judging will take place at Objective Corporation Limited (ABN 16 050 539 350) (“Objective”), Level 30, 177 Pacific Highway, North Sydney NSW 2060, Australia on 16th November 2020.

5. Notice to Prize Winners

The Prize winners will be notified via email by 5.00pm AEDT on Friday, 20th November 2020 using the email address provided within each winning Participants’ entry form. Each Price winning Participant must confirm their acceptance of the Prize by way of return email by Friday 27th November 2020. If the prize winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to award the unclaimed Prize to a ‘runner-up’...

All users of the Trapeze Professional software licences awarded as a prize must be employed by the same organisation as the Prize winning Participant and have a government (.gov.au) email domain.. The winner will be recorded as the lead contact for the Objective Trapeze professional subscription but the winner is able to nominate an alternative lead contact at the same organisation, so long as that person has the same .gov.au email address.

6. Prize Delivery

Each Prize winner will receive an email containing a licence key to activate Objective Trapeze Professional on the winner’s Personal Computer within 14 days of confirming acceptance of the prize. The winner is then able to activate the subscription and register to provide access for up to 4 named users in line with the prize offering and value. NB Objective Trapeze Professional is available only on Personal Computers running the Microsoft Windows operating system.


7. Prize Duration

The six (6) month software subscription period starts from the day that Objective issues the licence key to the prize winner and will end six (6) months later or at 11:59pm Wednesday, 30 June 2021, whichever is sooner. The software licence key will be inactive after 11:59pm on this date. The subscription can be extended by Objective upon payment of the subscription licence fee that applies at the time.

8. Software General Terms

Objective’s standard terms of service for Objective Trapeze professional apply to the prize subscription.

9. Promotion General Terms

By entering the Promotion, the Participant agrees that any personal information provided to the Promoter may be held and used by the Promoter to administer the Promotion.

The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. The Prize may not be used for anything other than the purposes intended.

Upon completion of the Prize 6-month subscription period, winners will be requested to provide a written review of Objective Trapeze Professional. Submission of this is optional.

Objective is committed to protecting and respecting privacy and will only use personal information in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and Objective’s Privacy Policy: https://www.objective.com.au/privacy-policy.

Objective will keep entrants updated with relevant news and communications.

Objective reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

Objective reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so.

Objective reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions and any updated version will be effective as soon as it is published on the website.

The decision of Objective regarding any aspect of the prize competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
