What you need to know about Objective support services during the holiday period

Just because the holiday season is here, it doesn't mean that you might not need to turn to our team for support. Objective will continue to be operating its support services during this time, with the exception of minor changes listed below.
Objective Global Customer Support Services
Please be advised that Objective Support will be closed on the weekends and public holidays:
27-28 December 2021 (All offices)
3 January 2022 (AU and UK)
3-4 January 2022 (NZ)
The team will be providing normal support services during the formal business days over the Christmas and New Year period.
In line with standard industry best practice, we will be implementing a change freeze over the Christmas Holiday period. The change will apply to Objective Cloud Operations supported platforms:
Objective ECM as a service
Engineering changes to our core network, shared hosting infrastructure and dedicated-server infrastructure will be suspended for the duration of the freeze. Change freeze minimises the risk to our infrastructure and service availability.
In the event of a service outage, our engineers will continue to resolve issues as normal, and these may require some emergency change.
How long will the change freeze last?
The change freeze will come into effect at 17:00 pm on Friday 17 December 2021 (AEST), and will be lifted at 09:00 am on Monday 10 January 2022 (AEST).
