What Objective Trapeze's Customer Success team have in store for 2023

A reflection on 2022, plus a look ahead at what's happening in 2023!

Welcome to 2023! I hope you all had a great break over the new year, and have come back to work feeling refreshed.

Last year was very exciting; we saw some huge new features released, including Snap to Point and Trapeze Cloud Admin (with 50+ councils now migrated to it), we launched our new Trapeze Assessment Add-ons, and we made some important changes to Trapeze to significantly reduce file sizes when combining files.

We also welcomed our Customer Success Manager, Teille Whiteman to the Trapeze team and she has taken to the role like a duck to water, with her prior local and state government planning experience helping her to understand our customer base very well.

This coming year, Teille and I will continue to work with Trapeze councils who are already using Trapeze Professional or are currently in the process of upgrading to it, and also help councils using Trapeze 10 to understand why over 80% of Australian Trapeze councils are now using Trapeze Pro to assess planning and building applications more efficiently.

And naturally, we have some exciting new features being developed in 2023, including vector-based, multi-format stamps which will look great and be more flexible.

If you would like to chat about your Trapeze deployment, your teams' usage of Trapeze, or any DMS integrations you may be wanting to take advantage of, such as Ci Anywhere, then please don't hesitate to contact Teille and I because we would love to assist you!

Thanks and chat soon!
