How Objective Connect enabled Welsh Government to securely manage and share data to help vulnerable communities

During COVID-19, vulnerable communities were exposed and in need. Welsh Government, along with the 22 local authorities across Wales, was responsible for ensuring shielding citizens received the same level of service and care. That included coordinating essential food supplies for people in isolation.

Tasked with coordinating a network of local authorities, suppliers and distributors to deliver food packages, Welsh Government needed to manage sensitive personal data securely. Objective Connect and Objective ECM enabled the team to consolidate information from local authorities and share it securely with suppliers.
